Public Consultation – Proposed Residential Development, Little Hadham
Residents are invited to attend a public consultation on proposals for a new residential development on land north of Stortford Road, Little Hadham.
The plans, submitted by This Land Development Ltd, include:
- Up to 99 new homes, with 40% affordable housing
- Space for commercial use, such as a convenience store
- New public open space
- Landscaping and drainage improvements
- New vehicle and pedestrian access from Stortford Road
